CUTTING SYSTEM
A drum designed for consistent flow.
A Ø630 × 600 mm drum running at approximately 2200 rpm uses six moving blades and one fixed blade. The layout is engineered to accept larger material while producing manageable, transportable chips.
Chip characteristics can be adjusted through blade condition, anvil clearance, feed rate and material properties. For biomass fuel, mulch or volume reduction, TIROX can recommend an operating setup around the desired result.

Can it process pallets with nails?
No. Metal can damage the cutting system. A shredder or horizontal grinder is recommended for contaminated demolition or pallet material.
