/ Material Applications
Built for heavy-duty feedstock.
The Gen 2 platform is built around a reinforced frame, hydraulic functions and PLC-managed feeding. Select the rotor and screen for the incoming material, contamination level and required output.
Nailed Pallets
Configure a hammer rotor for pallets containing nails, screws and other common metal fasteners.
Whole Trees & Forestry Residue
Process whole-tree material, branches and bulky forestry residue after model and feed review.
Construction & Reclaimed Timber
Handle demolition timber, old furniture and reclaimed structural wood with a contamination-aware configuration.
Mixed Wood Waste
Integrate Gen 2 into sustained recycling and biomass-preprocessing lines with the right feeding and discharge system.
Rotor selection must match the feedstock. Confirm sustained clean-log duty separately; a hammer-rotor configuration should not be overloaded continuously with large clean logs.

/ Features
Key Features.

Reinforced Heavy-Duty Frame
A strengthened, thickened machine structure is designed for demanding material and sustained production schedules.

PLC-Managed Feed Control
PLC control manages feed start, stop and speed to support stable loading and consistent operation.

Elevated Discharge for Easy Loading
The raised discharge outlet allows direct loading into trucks or containers, reducing material handling and keeping the worksite organized.

Hydraulic Feed & Service
The upgraded hydraulic system supports controlled feeding and maintenance functions across heavy-duty work.

Multiple Blade And Hammer Options
Choose blades for large logs or hammers for nail-containing wood to improve efficiency and extend equipment life.

Heavy-Duty Chain-Plate Feeding
The chain-plate conveyor supports bulky logs, pallets and mixed wood waste, providing steady material feeding for continuous heavy-duty processing.

/ FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Which Gen 2 model should I choose?+
Select 1000, 1400, 1600 or 1800 from the required throughput, infeed dimensions, feedstock and site layout. TIROX should confirm the final build.
Can Gen 2 process nailed pallets and construction timber?+
Yes. Configure a hammer rotor for pallets, old furniture and demolition timber containing common metal fasteners. Material contamination must still be reviewed before operation.
What do the published capacity figures mean?+
The series page lists 10–20 t/h for 1000, 15–30 t/h for 1400, 25–40 t/h for 1600 and 30–45 t/h for 1800. Actual production depends on feedstock, moisture, contamination, screen and operation.
Is Gen 2 suited to sustained production?+
The reinforced platform, PLC-managed feed and automatic lubrication support long-shift production. Confirm the required duty cycle, maintenance plan and feed system for your site.
