/ Material Applications
One platform. Two purpose-built rotors.
Select the rotor around the incoming material, then match the screen to the desired output. Blade and hammer rotors serve different jobs and should not be treated as interchangeable in operation.
Nailed Pallets
Configure a hammer rotor for pallets containing nails, screws and other common metal fasteners.
Whole Trees & Forestry Residue
Process whole-tree material, branches and bulky forestry residue after model and feed review.
Construction & Reclaimed Timber
Handle demolition timber, old furniture and reclaimed structural wood with a contamination-aware configuration.
Mixed Wood Waste
Integrate Gen 2 into sustained recycling and biomass-preprocessing lines with the right feeding and discharge system.
Material contamination, diameter, moisture and output specification must be reviewed before configuration. Hammer rotors are not intended for sustained heavy grinding of large clean logs.

/ FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Which rotor should I choose?+
Use a blade rotor for clean, metal-free logs and timber. Use a hammer rotor for nailed pallets and reclaimed wood. The feedstock review determines the correct build.
Can the hammer rotor grind large clean logs continuously?+
No. The hammer rotor is intended for waste-wood duty and should not be used for sustained heavy grinding of oversized clean logs; choose the blade configuration for clean timber.
What throughput should I plan for?+
The documented ranges are approximately 10–15 t/h for 5000, 20–25 t/h for 6400 and 30–40 t/h for 8600 under suitable conditions. Actual output depends on material, moisture, screen and operation.
Is Gen 3 suited to continuous industrial production?+
The series is designed for industrial production with full hydraulics, PLC-controlled feeding and automatic lubrication. Confirm the duty cycle, maintenance plan and feed system for your site.
